WJA acknowledges social responsibility of ethical management and that legal management can maximize
the company profit. Therefore WJA practices the following code.
- 1.Promise to the customers
- WJA listens to the customers with reliable and faithful mindset.
- WJA responds to customer request actively and faithfully.
- WJA protects and shall not disclose customer information.
- 2. Promise to the employees
- WJA strives to keep honor and dignity according to its ethical values.
- Employees shall not use their title and right for other unjust purpose than business purpose.
- Employees shall observe related laws and company regulations/policy and report when facing or witnessing violations.
- Employees shall not be involved in bribery or illegal solicitation with individuals related to the business.
- All behaviors which may be perceived as sexual harassment are prohibited.
- Employees shall use their working hours and company assets properly for business purpose.
- Employees shall not disclose any company information to a third party and maintain the duty even after leaving the company.
- 3. Fair trade
- WJA respects the order of the market economy and seeks fair competition.
- WJA does not exclude competitions by unjust ways and does not solicit to customers of competitions.
- WJA observes the laws, regulations and customs of the local community and the international laws and regulations.
- All trades shall be clear and fair and WJA discusses the trade conditions and procedures with the clients.
- 4. Promise to the society
- WJA practices tax duty faithfully.
- WJA actively participates in local contribution and contributes to local economy.
- WJA listens to the needs of each social class and takes social responsibility as a lawful business.
- WJA participates in helping the society by contributing to volunteer work or disaster relief.
Supplementary Provision 1 (time of enforcement)
1. The code of ethics shall be established and in effect as of July 1, 2011.
